Most people find that the fastest way to get answers to their questions is to use our Help Center. It is searchable and full of detailed directions addressing our most frequent customer questions. We are constantly adding to the depth of information, but it turns out many people have the same few questions!
If you couldn’t find the answer you need in our Help Center, please submit a request. Urgent requests receive top priority, but please note once an order is placed we are unable to stop, cancel or change it.
If you have a specific question that requires a live conversation, you can call our customer service phone number at 646.760.5142. If we do not pick up, please leave us a message and we will get back to within 24 hours Monday through Friday 9-5 EST. If the matter is urgent, best to also send us an email marked as urgent.
