Does New Wash work differently with hard water?

Hard water can leave a residue that prevents New Wash from efficiently cleansing (and styling products to reach and penetrate your hair!), which may result in heavy or greasy feeling hair and a prolonged transition from shampoo and detergent. 

Depending on your ambition, and your budget, you can: 

• Try New Wash (Deep) to dissolve the mineral residue in your hair.
• Install an ion-exchange filter shower head
• Install a softening system for your entire dwelling
