Hairstory.com Refresh

This spring, we’ll be launching a completely new and improved website! The new Hairstory.com will make it much easier for your clients to find and purchase the products they love–giving them their healthiest, happiest hair ever and helping you earn  commissions with every order. Here are some updates to watch for:

What’s changing?

Using the Mobile Friendly Site

• The Stylist Search function will no longer be part of check out. This means that your clients MUST use your unique referral link in order for you to earn commissions and for them to receive their New Client Welcome Offer. Your commissions will continue to be the same. More on that below!
• Your back office will look a little different. For example, you won’t be able to see your downstream until they have made a purchase. Take some time to get familiar with the new site and reach out to your Hairstory Rep if you have any questions. Please keep in mind that this is the first version with improvements coming throughout the year.
• You just need to accept the new Hairstory Pro Terms & Conditions once when you log in to the new site for the first time.

Commissions, Offers, and Payments

• You’ll have a brand new link to share with clients. Be sure to update all areas where your current link is posted!
• You'll need to add a Payout Account for your commissions to be paid, as well as a Payment Method if you want to purchase product.
• Your total earned commissions will be shown in USD on the dashboard, but you’ll be paid in your selected currency. 
• The 15% off New Client Welcome Offer is only valid on one-time purchases, not subscriptions.

What isn’t changing?

• You’ll continue to earn 25% commission on all sales made through your referral link, and once a client shops your link once, they’ll be linked as your referral forever. 
• You’ll continue to  earn commission on sales made by referred hairdressers.
• Your client referral link will continue to gift clients 15% savings on their first order.
• You will still save 25% on  products and you can easily shop and order with your Pro discount by logging in to the site.
• You’ll continue to be paid your commissions on the 2nd Monday of the month.
• You’ll continue to get exclusive access to free education and events on our site.
