Changing or updating the credit card used for your New Wash Club order and then having your order be processed again is easy but does require a few steps. Log into your Hairstory account here.
Click on the navigation stack in the top left corner of the page and choose 'My Account'.
1. Along the left side of the page you will see “Payment Options.” Enter your new credit card here or edit your existing card information.
2. If you added a new card, click 'Subscription Options' followed by 'Edit Subscription' and be sure to associate your Club order with this new credit card.
3. Finally, if you need your Club order to be processed and ship, click Ship Now and if the charge is approved, an order will be sent that day, or the next business day.
PLEASE NOTE: If you only update in the Payment Options section, your Club orders will continue to be processed with your old card.
