Your subscription order may have been declined because of an old, expired or no longer valid credit card number.
Follow these steps to update your credit card and process your order:
- Log into your Hairstory account here
- Click on My Account
- Click on Subscriptions
- Click on the light grey button that says 'Subscription Details'
- Scroll down to Payments Details
- Add a new card and select this card to your default payment method
To ship your order immediately, click 'Ship next shipment now'.
If you do not ship now, or refill will be skipped and you will receive your next order based on your chosen frequency.
