We are aware of this issue. It seems that extreme heat across the country at the time of initial shipment caused havoc on this sensitive formula. While not everyone is being affected, we understand that receiving a new product in less-than-perfect condition is frustrating. We cannot change mother nature, but we can change the way that we ship to ensure it remains nice and cool.
