What is Lift?

This heat-activated and heat protectant thickening spray is made for adding volume to a blow-dry. It helps roots stand taller, plumps up ponytails, and locks in lasting shapes, thanks to it’s “memory.” The finish? Light, smooth, never sticky, and always workable without tearing your hair out.

Lift uses a combination of two very versatile copolymers that provide hold and body that can be combed or brushed out easily for a shiny finish with a smooth feel. They also provide outstanding style retention with no build-up, flaking, or dulling.

Here is what we recommend: To distribute Lift evenly, it is best to mist at a distance, and aim for the roots. You can use Lift on both dry and damp hair, but keep in mind that a little goes a long way so take care not to saturate the hair and make it too wet.
Blow-dry sections as you start building up and out (of course, be sure not to scorch!), as you normally would. While heat styling, try using a flat brush to smooth and straighten or a round one to add bend.

Many of our customers also love Lift with a hair diffuser, especially if you have curly hair, or for a more textured or messy-sexy result.
For touch-ups, spray Lift directly onto a brush, comb, or fingers.
